SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Freight & Shipping Charges
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on the cumulative volumetric weight of the complete order, destination country/zip code, and chosen shipping mode (Air/Sea Freight or Express Courier). Delivery charges may vary and promotional zero-freight terms may apply to specific qualifying volume orders as specified in your Proforma Invoice.
2. Delivery Information & Address Accuracy
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and verified consignee information—including company name, address, contact numbers, tax identification (GST/VAT/EORI), and port details. In the event of a non-delivery or shipment hold resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided by the buyer, all additional costs incurred for re-routing, re-delivery, or port storage/demurrage shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
3. Dispatch & Lead Times
Order processing and production lead times commence officially from the date of confirmed payment receipt (Advance T/T or LC confirmation) by VB Leather Overseas. Estimated delivery timelines depend on raw material procurement, custom manufacturing specs, compliance testing, and carrier shipping schedules. While we make every effort to meet estimated dispatch dates, VB Leather Overseas shall not be held liable for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by natural disasters, fire, acts of war, customs inspections, port congestion, or any force majeure event beyond our control.
4. Verification & Right to Suspend
To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud, VB Leather Overseas reserves the right to confirm and validate user details at any point. If provided details are found to be fraudulent, misleading, or incorrect, VB Leather Overseas reserves the right to suspend order processing, cancel registrations, or debar the user from accessing our website or services without prior notice.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Local Levies
For all international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, customs tariffs, VAT, local taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. VB Leather Overseas operates under standard export terms and is not liable for destination-side import duties or clearance delays caused by local customs authorities.
